NSW: Courses are still available to the General Public as well as Essential Workers in NSW and are currently running daily in Sydney CBD and Parramatta

VIC: Only Essential Workers can complete courses (during Stage 4 restrictions). Classes are running daily in Bundoora, Laverton and Dandenong. The general public can book into classes dated that commence after 28th October.

COVID-19 Update Monday 26th October 2020:

VIC Residents: During Step 2 restrictions CPR First Aid will only be offering courses to ESSENTIAL WORKERS until 27th October.  All other clients unable to attend our Melbourne public classes and private bookings will receive credits to book new dates after this lockdown period (from 28th October). Classes for the general public are open for bookings from 28th October, so any new clients can book now and complete the pre-course online theory requirements prior to your class date. Masks or face coverings are mandatory.

NSW Residents: We are still delivering first aid courses to the general public as well as essential workers in Sydney, Hornsby and Parramatta, as well as in workplaces. Masks or face coverings are recommended.

2hr HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation is commonly known as the CPR Update, or CPR Refresher. If you only need a CPR qualification, this is the one for you!

This course is usually completed annually after completing a HLTAID003 Provide First Aid qualification.

*Pre-course theory must be completed prior to the class.

Full 3hr courses (no theory) also available.


4hr HLTAID003 Provide first aid is what you need if you are a workplace first aid officer. It includes CPR training and standard first aid treatments, including use of an AED. This is the most popular course that the majority of our clients complete who require a regular first aid qualification.

ACN endorsed HLTAID001 course


5hr HLTAID004 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting is best suited to people working in childcare or early education settings. This is the approved course by ACECQA.

The course also includes HLTAID001 and HLTAID003.

3hr Combined Course includes both of the accredited courses 22282VIC Course in the Management of Asthma Risks and Emergencies in the Workplace and 22300VIC Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis.

These courses are Nationally Accredited and available in all states.

Our Combined Asthma & Anaphylaxis Course is not exclusive to people working in the childcare industry, so we encourage all to complete this course as it may just save a life!

You will learn to use an auto-injector such as the EpiPen, as well as the signs and symptoms to look out for. We will also provide detailed knowledge around asthma management, including management plans and what to do in the event of an asthma attack. Plus training using placebo asthma puffers and spacers.

These courses are only delivered in a 'combined' course.  Available only in Melbourne CBD. We can offer individual courses for private bookings.  Please contact us for a group booking quote.


According to the NSW Public Health, the risk of infection here in Australia is low. However, people who have travelled since January 14 from Hubei Province in China or who have come into close contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus should defer all enrolments and classes and should contact their local public health unit or call healthdirect on 1800 022 222.

General Illness 

Anyone with a fever or history of fever and acute respiratory infection (with at least one of the following symptoms: shortness of breath, cough, runny nose or sore throat) should also defer enrolment until they are well.
